The Chagres River by boat in Colón, Panama.

After exiting the Gatun Locks, our ship dropped anchor in Gatun Lake. Our merry band of four travelers disembarked into tenders which ferried us to the Gatun Yacht Club where we met our arranged transportation. We were driven to a boat landing on the Chagres River. We toured this portion of the San Lorenzo Protected Forest by boat, slowly going a few miles along the river. We then turned around and sailed back toward our starting point, but instead followed the contour of the bay northward, where we anchored, and disembarked for the next leg of today's adventure.
