I attended the Global Grid Conference in Toronto on a quick business trip.
Boss Bill had fallen ill, so at the last minute I flew to Toronto to fill in for him at the Global Grid Conference. I arrived on the evening before the conference, and took a cab to my hotel: the Sheraton Centre. Wow! What a view of the city for my hotel room. The curved building on the left is the Toronto City Hall.
The conference kept me busy during the days, and related meetings kept me busy in the evenings, so I didn't get to do any exploring on this short trip. But I definitely want to return and experience more of this vibrant city.
